Highland Equipment’s Quality Control Specialists work hard to ensure that our shop fabrication, field assembly and erection of piping systems are in accordance with CSA-B1 Boiler, Pressure Vessel and Pressure Piping Code, ASME BPV Code Section VIII Division 1, ASME B31.1 Power Piping Code and ASME B31.3 Process Piping Code.

Welds can be fully inspected with state-of-the-art boroscoping, to ensure that our equipment meets and exceeds the high standards which we have set.

Certifications:

A.S.M.E “U” Certified Manufacturer of Pressure Vessels, National Board Certificate of Authorization to apply the “NB” Mark and Register Pressure Vessels and other pressure retaining items with the National Board. Scope of Authorization limited to A.S.M.E. Designator “U”.

  • Manufacturer of Pressure Vessels in accordance with A.S.M.E. Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section VIII, Division 1 and CSA Standard B51, Boiler, Pressure Vessel and Pressure Piping.
  • Fabrication, assembly, and erection of process piping in accordance with CSA Standard B51, Boiler, Pressure Vessel and Pressure Piping Code and A.S.M.E. B31.3 Process Piping and A.S.M.E. B31.1 Power Piping.
  • Repair and Alteration of boilers, pressure vessels, piping and H type fittings at our location and at field sites, in accordance with CSA Standard B51, Boiler, Pressure Vessel and Pressure Piping Code.
